Our Founder

Daniel Shand-Rodger

CEO & Founder

Daniel has worked in hospitality for over 15 years in a multitude of roles, most recently as a Business & Franchise Development Director growing brands for other companies in a range of hospitality styles from fine dining, hotels, nightclubs, casual dining, bars and grab n go concepts.

Being a huge cocktail lover and trained mixologist he attended many bars, festivals and events across the country and always found the wait for a drink would out weigh the joy of enjoying the drink and atmosphere. So he decided he wanted to create his own brand in a mobile bar form that would bring the vibe at festivals and events but serve high quality drinks served at speed to really wow guests and cut down the wait time and so The Thirst Trap was born.
